If you're interested in promoting Libertarian policies, we NEED to elect Libertarians to office, or at the very least have US as the alternative to the "big 2" parties so people know there is a CHOICE.

Ottavio's Italian Restaurant was the setting for our Quarterly Business Meeting last month. Nearly 20 were in attendance to hear midyear officer reports and plan upcoming events. But the main focus was our guest speaker, member Aaron Starr, who spoke of his attempts to move his local (Oxnard) City Council toward financial accountability. Aaron's efforts for the past few years have been so successful and so impressive that the LPVC Executive Committee voted to present him with a Certificate of Appreciation for putting Libertarian principles into action.
SAVE THE DATE: 6:30 PM, Thursday July 26. Members and Friends, let's all meet at Ottavio's Italian Restaurant, 1620 Ventura Blvd in Camarillo for our Quarterly Member Meeting and Summer Social. Aaron Starr, Oxnard's mover and shaker, will be our dinner speaker.Read more

Wow! Had a great time at the Wine Social this evening. Where were you? Maybe you came last year and thought “been there, done that,” but for me, anytime I can enjoy a glass of wine with friends in the Libertarian Party, I know it will be good. We talked history and issues and current campaigns. We were lucky to have the state’s two main Libertarian candidates there: Nicholas Wildstar for Governor and Tim Ferreira for Lieutenant Governor. As I said, where were you? Nelson Lopez, our Vice Chair was kind enough to offer the Camarillo Custom Crush venue for our very own meeting place and, as usual, it was both comfortable and pleasant. Periodically getting together with fellow Libertarians helps us stay on track with our plans for the Party. In this atmosphere we can brainstorm on the best thing to do next. Donations also help feather the coffers. With all that to gain, won’t you please join us next time?
Save the date! You will not want to miss our Spring meeting on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Topper’s Pizza, 495 Arneill Road in Camarillo. This will be a quarterly business meeting for members, but also an invitation to the general public to come hear a special speaker.Read more
