The Libertarian Party of California is hosting a booth at the State Fair and the State Fair Committee has asked for your help!

July 12th-28th at CalExpo in Sacramento

The State Fair attracts over half a million visitors every year, making it a unique opportunity to interact with voters from across California. The Fair runs for 17 days, and there are 56 volunteer time slots to fill, so success will require a big effort from Libertarians all over the state!

The LP booth will be located in an (air-conditioned!) exposition hall which is a popular retreat for fair-goers during the heat of the afternoon. The booth will be stocked with handouts and materials to assist in outreach. Here’s what a few volunteers have to say about their experiences last year:

“Working at the Fair Booth reinvigorated my commitment and passion for the cause of Liberty. Many people are interested and open to our message, but they’ve never been exposed to it in a way that was usable or relevant. LP California is providing free admission to all volunteers who can commit to at least one time slot, so you are welcome to make a day of it and enjoy all the Fair has to offer!
