"Effective retro-actively as of March 1, 2020, the Libertarian Party of Ventura County will add the following amendment to our by-laws:

Section 1 - Definitions

Central Committee Member

Paragraph B

Section a)

Change from

OLD LANGUAGE (Strike out)

a) Reside outside the Region and choose to affiliate with the Region; or

b) Reside within the Region and do not choose to affiliate with any other region.:

New language (Replace with)

a) Reside outside the Region but within the State of California and choose not to affiliate with the Region; or

b) Reside within the Region and do not choose to affiliate with any other region.

This language will be applied retroactively as of March 1, 2020.
